Health and Safety
Physical Services
At FabRehab, we prioritize the health and safety of our clients and staff across all physical services, including massage therapy, injury assessment, rehabilitation, cupping therapy, and manual therapy. Our commitment to health and safety includes:
- Sanitation: All treatment areas and equipment are thoroughly sanitized between sessions. Clean linens and disposable materials are used where applicable to prevent cross-contamination.
- Client Health: We ask clients to inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, recent injuries, or other health issues before starting treatment. Please complete the health intake form accurately, as this allows us to provide a safe and effective session.
- Staff Training: All therapists are certified and trained in health and safety practices, including the safe application of therapies like cupping and manual manipulations.
- Injury Risk Minimization: Techniques are tailored to each client to prevent strain or aggravation of existing conditions, with alternative treatments provided if needed.
Online Services
In our online consultation services, we ensure that:
- Personal Safety: All recommendations and exercises provided are based on individual assessments to prevent overexertion or injury. Clients are advised to perform exercises in a safe and suitable space.
- Privacy: Sessions may be recorded for safety and quality assurance. Recordings are securely stored and accessed only by authorized personnel.
- Limitations of Online Services: Online services are intended for guidance only. If at any time we determine that an in-person consultation is more appropriate, clients will be advised to seek additional care in their area.

Terms and Conditions
Booking and Cancellation Policy
- Online Consultations: A minimum of 3 hours' notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling of online consultation sessions. Cancellations within 3 hours of the scheduled time may incur a fee. Please note that rescheduling within this window is subject to availability.
- Physical Services: Cancellations or rescheduling of physical services must also be made at least 3 hours in advance. Failure to cancel in time may result in a charge of up to the full session fee.
Privacy Policy
- All client information, including health data and session recordings (if applicable), is treated as confidential and protected under applicable data protection regulations. Information is only shared with authorized personnel involved in your care.
Service Limitations
- Online Consultations: Our online consultations are designed for initial guidance and support. In certain cases, hands-on assessment and treatment may be recommended for the most effective care. We will advise clients when an in-person session may be more suitable.
Payments
- Payments for services must be made at the time of booking or as agreed upon with your therapist. Refunds are not provided for services already rendered.
